As a Senior Psychologist at Raise the Bar Psychology in Heatherton, Victoria, they predominantly focus on providing an affirming and therapeutic assessment service that considers neurodevelopmental differences (including highly masked Autism and ADHD and learning differences like dyslexia) and trauma’s impact on cognition and identity (including posttraumatic stress and dissociative responses). Nindy supports other professionals with complex differential diagnosis and is trained in (TF-)CBT, ACT, and EMDR to support clients therapeutically. With experience in supervision and lecturing, they are dedicated to sharing knowledge. As an agender, autistic individual with lived experience of trauma and dissociation, Nindy challenges societal norms and advocates for deeper, more affirming understandings of neurodiversity
